Haymarket House
Three Key Issues
Maintaining access for tenant occupiers during the reception refurbishment works at both Haymarket and Oxenden Street reception areas required detailed construction logistical planning
Reception changes required the re-organisation of main building sprinkler services over the main tenants incoming telecoms services at basement level, requiring in depth co-ordination and management
The project was subject to a rigorous value engineering process to achieve client budget constraints whilst still achieving the design intent for the space
