Last week Directors and Associates Chris Blakcburn, Jack Emmins, George Martin, Matt Innes, Don Findlater and Kris Allen, had the pleasure of attending the BCO Annual Conference in Dublin.
The conference offered an excellent platform to explore the future of the workplace, featuring enlightening presentations and seminars conducted by industry experts. It underscored the significance of physical office spaces, emphasising the value of colleagues gathering in the same room to foster collaboration, and human interaction. An intriguing observation made during the conference was the research-backed finding that employee well-being tends to be higher in the office compared to remote work arrangements.
The event was well attended and it was a great opportunity to reconnect with clients and friends of the industry.
