50 Berkeley Street is a 275,000sqft (GIA) prime office building in the heart of Mayfair, one of two buildings making up an island site.

Cut and carve refurbishment

Designed by Stiff + Trevillion Architects, this comprehensive office repositioning involves heavy refurbishment works throughout the building, including the removal of mansard roofs, re-construction of the upper floor levels, lightwell infills using CLT, wholesale plant replacement, and provision of 175,000sqft (NIA) of office floor space delivered to shell with wrap around terraces.

Internal building upgrades are extensive with a focus on customer experience – this is evident through the multitude of sustainability accreditations the project has targeted, including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, LEED Gold, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Gold.

B&CO have been acting as Project Manager since 2020 to deliver this prestigious development for our long standing client. The works are due to commence on site in 2023 with completion planned for 2025.
