Retail Fit Out

A captivating culinary destination

Eataly, the world’s largest Italian food market, has opened its first UK store in London. Founded in 2007, Eataly was created to allow people to Eat, Shop and Learn all about Italian cuisine. Located next to Liverpool Street Station, the 42,000 sq ft space consists of restaurants, bars, external terraces, markets and retail units selling over 5000 Italian products, bringing a unique experience to London.

Based over two floors within 135 Bishopsgate, the project involved the CAT B fit out to create an impressive space for customers. This involved working with over 70 client direct suppliers from across Europe to deliver a unique shopping experience.

B&CO were appointed as the Project Manager and Employers Agent and were brought on to the project during the design phase, and successfully managed the delivery of the scheme. The project successfully opened to the public in May 2021.
