On behalf of LS Estates, the refurbishment included the enhancement of the existing 6 office floors, new end-of-trip facilities, construction of a new co-working timber roof pavilion and generously landscaped roof terrace affording end users spectacular views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Old Bailey respectively. Achieving BREEAM Excellent, WELL Enabled and savings of 5800 tCO2e compared with industry averages, the development had a focus on retrofitting and sustainability throughout its core.

Since our initial engagement in 2019 as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, B&CO skilfully led the team from initial feasibility to completion of the works in Q4 2022.
