Refurbishment

Contemporary design with urban flair

On behalf of Duke Street Properties, the redevelopment included wrapping the building in a new Portland Stone and Precast Concrete facade, the refurbishment of the existing 6 floors, plus the addition of an additional storey of CLT construction, new end-of-trip facilities, new services throughout and subsequent fit out for a premium co-working office provider. Achieving BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and an EPC A, as well as retaining the existing frame delivered on the Clients objectives for a sustainable development.

Since our initial engagement in 2017 as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, B&CO led the team from initial feasibility to completion of the basebuild works in March 2021, and the subsequent office fit out to levels 2-7 in February 2022.
