Workplace Fit Out

A sleek and modern aesthetic

Set in the heart of Soho and just a stone’s throw from Carnaby Street, 33 Broadwick Street comprises seven stories of high quality office accommodation providing 35,000sq.ft of fully fitted out FORA workspace, delivering key features that are expected of modern office space including high quality kitchens, shower facilities and yoga studios.

Designed by Stiff & Trevillion for Brockton Capital/FORA in 2018, works involved network substation utilities relocations at basement level, and the creation of a new home for Soho radio in the main reception area. A two stage procurement approach was selected with overlap of design and strip out/enabling works to reduce overall project periods, which Isg Plc delivered.

Appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, B&CO successfully completed this project in May 2019
