The newly constructed Berners + Wells is rooted within the centre of Fitzrovia providing first-class office space set over 56,000 sq. ft. across Berners Street and Wells Street respectively for our clients Schroders PLC, CBRE and The Berners Allsopp Estate.
Designed by Emrys Architect, the scheme included the creation of 3 exceptional façades ranging from glazed terracotta faience and handset brickwork to Berners Street, retained and restored Victorian façade to Wells Street and an award-winning artist’s design to the curved Wells Mews. Supported by 7-stories of exposed concrete structure and architectural concrete, the building offers an outstanding product to meet the changing needs of the office environment.
