The Network Building, our largest scheme with Derwent London to date, will deliver 180,000 sq.ft office building on this landmark Tottenham Court Road site, in the centre of London’s growing ‘Knowledge Quarter’.

Champion for sustainability
The development will be a champion for Derwent London’s 2030 sustainability strategy to reduce both embodied and operational carbon, and is on target to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Platinum and NABERS 5*, as well as an embodied carbon score of <600kgCO2m2.
B&CO were appointed as Project Manager and Employers Agent back in 2017 and have provided strategic guidance throughout a variety of optioneering studies covering the buildings use case, choice of structural frame, and fabric retention options. Substantial circular economy opportunities were realised on the site during its demolition in Summer 2022.
Leading an award winning team, the project is now on site and due to complete in Q3 2025.
