Summary  80-100 Victoria Street is a landmark building in a hub location for Landsec. Originally developed in 2005 the first occupational leases were coming to an end and there was a desire to re-pitch the building and take it to the next level of amenity. To this end a high grade reception refurbishment was required and a leading interiors architect appointed. The building was also to become Landsec head office creating for additional pressure on getting the look and feel right, the timing of delivery to coincide with their occupation whilst keeping the building functional for it's 5000 daily users.
