The client brief was to completely overhaul the building facade and provide additional accommodation through a rooftop extension. The elevations comprise a precast concrete and Portland stone facade. The retail areas will be delivered to Shell and Core providing a flagship retail unit with 3no. boutiques across basement, ground and first floor.
