A valuable planning consent was obtained for a clever design responding to rights of light cut lines and residential privacy of adjoining properties.
The superstructure was designed within the parameters of what could physically fit down the dead end street of Richmond Mews, limiting length of structural elements to less than 6 metres.
Demolition and construction of a grade A modern office building within tight constraints, surrounding by residential property, offices and recording studios, where the use of noise and vibration monitoring was in place during all demolition and construction operations.
